The base price of instruction is ￥8,000 yen per 90-minute (ninety-minute) session.

Package prices may offer lower per-session cost.

Preparations for study

/レッスン準備

To take the on-line lessons and use the BasilPoint bookings and members Page, you are required to prepare and maintain the necessary PC environment (PC, smartphone, tablet, etc.), software and an Internet connection, as well as related equipment for online reading lessons (web camera, microphone, headphone, etc.), at your own expense.
Customers must register as a member on BasilPoint.com to access their account and billing information.
In order to receive the online reading lessons, you need to acquire a ZOOM.us account on your own (which can be acquired at no cost). • オンラインレッスンの受講、BasilPoint予約・会員ペーを利用するためにはパソコン環境

Payment may be made via a credit card or at a convenience store.

Payment is due within 48 hours of reservations.

Cancellation of packages

/パッケージコースクラスのキャンセル

Upon cancellation of a package, course or class, customers may request a refund.

An unused package, course or class will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the package or ¥15000, whichever is lower.

In the case of a partially used package, course or class, the remaining unused value minus the used time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining value or ¥ 50,000, whichever is lower.

＊The used time will be calculated at the standard rate of ¥8,000 per hour.

パッケージ、コース、クラスをキャンセルされた場合、お客様は返金を請求することができます。

未使用、使用後いずれもキャンセル料が発生します。

• 未使用のパッケージ、コース、クラスの場合

金額の20％または15000円のいずれか低い方のキャンセル料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。

• 使用されたパッケージ、コース、クラスの場合

未使用分から使用分を差し引いた残額の20％または50,000円のいずれか低い方のキャンセル料を差し引いた

金額を返金いたします。

＊利用された分は、1時間あたり8,000円の標準料金で計算されます。

Withdrawal from a course or class

/コースクラスの退会

If you wish to withdraw completely from a course before the beginning of the course or class, you must indicate this via the Members Page at least one week before the beginning of any scheduled course from which you wish to withdraw.

Rescheduling/再スケジュール

Rescheduling of sessions may be made on the member account page. Schedule changes must be made 24 hours before the scheduled session.

セッションの再スケジュールは、メンバーアカウントページで行う事ができます。

スケジュールの変更はご予約されたセッションの24時間前までに行う必要があります。
