Cancellation Policy

クラスのキャンセルや変更は、予定されているセッションの24時間前までにお願いします。 セッションのご予約は、ご希望の時間の25時間以上前までにお願いします。 パッケージ、クラスのコースのキャンセル パッケージ、コース、クラスをキャンセルされた場合、お客様は返金を請求することができます。未使用、使用後いずれもキャンセル料が発生します。 未使用のパッケージ、コース、クラスの場合、金額の20％または15000円のいずれか低い方のキャンセル料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。 使用されたパッケージ、コース、クラスの場合、未使用分から使用分を差し引いた残額の20％または50,000円のいずれか低い方のキャンセル料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。 ＊利用された分は、1時間あたり8,000円の標準料金で計算されます。 To cancel or reschedule a class please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
